Empire Cruise Lines is committed to sustainable agriculture and the use of local produce whenever possible. We partner with some of the best regional caterers to provide our customers with a fine dining experience. Because of this commitment to the use of regionally sourced produce we change our menu periodically to reflect the seasons harvest so be sure to check in regularly for our latest offerings for a group lunch.

Each passenger selects one entree

Rosemary & Thyme Herb Roasted Chicken 
Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Served with side salad

Vegetable Ravioli
Harvest vegetable stuffed, roasted tomato cream sauce, topped with crispy red onion
Served with a side salad

Sirloin Steak Salad
Grilled Steak, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, balsamic vinaigrette

Coconut Shrimp Wrap
Tender shrimp battered and breaded in coconut flakes, Asian coleslaw, lettuce, sweet Thai chili sauce

Lunch is available for groups of 8 or more Passengers on our morning sightseeing cruise.

 If your group has anyone with dietary, restrictions or concerns for your lunch please let us know in advance. We are very accustomed to working with cultural, religious and allergen issues.

**Reservations are required to be made a minimum of 2 days prior to the cruise or the selection will be made by our staff.**
